If something isn’t covered please reach out for a recommendation or arrangement of repair.

VEIA Traction and Leash Warranty:

All VEIA traction and leashes are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials by VEIA's lifetime warranty.

This covers velcro, seams and general construction of the goods. All warranties will be reviewed by our staff and if deemed a warranty a replacement or repair will be provided. Shipping to VEIA is the responsibility of the purchaser and items will be returned/replaced via the same shipping service.

The item you originally purchased is the only item under warranty. We are unable to replace items that were already issued as a previous warranty replacement due to fraud warranty claims taken by customers in the past. We understand this is not ideal so please reach out to us for any questions on concerns.
